For anyone who is interested in what the Turner Auction frenzy in New Zealand was like when the props and wardrobe were auctioned off in 2001, check out this GREAT site, complete with photos and descriptions of the chaos, as well as prices that were fetched on some costumes. Clicking the "props" page will show you the many boxes of weapons and other sundries, the "wardrobe" link shows the many costumes up for sale. It's pretty cool and gives you an idea of what it would have been like to be there:
