The last piece of the puzzle.....

I am now the proud owner of a VALKYRIE SWORD, finally! This is significant for me because it is the very last piece of my COMPLETE Valkyrie costume, which includes the full rider outfit (bodice, skirt, gauntlets, helmet, boots, scabbard, wardrobe hangers)AND the full horse outfit (saddle cover, quartersheet, breastcollar, bridle, faceguard), along with THE RING...yep, that one! The sword makes it truly complete. You can view the sword pics under the "weapons" section, and the "equine memories" book made for me by Xena's stunt rider Bex under the "On the Xena Set" section.

A Friend's Xena Collection for Sale....Please Help!

Our friend, Xena fan, and fellow Kindred Spirit Marjanka in the Netherlands is ill and needs to sell off her collection. She is afraid if she gets sick again her family would probably discard her collection and she does not want that to happen so she must sell. She does have a lot of really neat items for sale, her items are in excellent condition and she ships very quickly!! I have purchased a few items from her and I just love them! Marjanka lives in the Netherlands but writes perfect English. She is a delightful person to talk with and I know you will be very pleased with whatever you purchase.

Turner Auctions

For anyone who is interested in what the Turner Auction frenzy in New Zealand was like when the props and wardrobe were auctioned off in 2001, check out this GREAT site, complete with photos and descriptions of the chaos, as well as prices that were fetched on some costumes. Site Update!

Hello everyone! I have updated the layout and look of the blogsite to make it easier to navigate. Besides the color and background refresh, I've added some links to other great prop collecting sites. One of the major changes is the new "categories" list on the right...I have placed my props and costumes into separate, appropriate categories. This makes everything easier to find. I'll continue to post new additions to these individual categories whenever a new prop or wardrobe piece is acquired.
